Why Recycle?

There are various elements within a computer that are environmentally toxic, such as mercury, lead and arsenic... Colorado Law prohibits the improper disposal of electronic equipment in landfills, including batteries.

Details:

We have partnered with Tech Center Computers to collect all of your unwanted electronics. 

Grab-N-Go breakfast sandwiches and coffee will be available! 

You can find us in the front circle drive of our building (Prentice Point) in DTC (shown below).

Items Accepted: 

  • Computers - desktops, towers
    • Data Security: Storage drives are removed and erased/destroyed from all computers during the recycling process.
  • Servers, workstations
  • Laptops, notebooks, tablets, phones
  • Keyboards, Mouse, Speakers
  • Cables, Wires, etc.
  • UPS, battery backup units
  • Batteries - alkaline, lithium, rechargeable, AA, AAA, C, D, etc.
  • Motherboards, add-in cards
  • Switches, routers, hubs
  • Power supplies, power adapters
  • Server racks, shelves, rails, etc.
  • Stereos and related electronics
  • Business Telephones (VOIP, PBX)
  • LCD/LED/Plasma Flat Screens
  • Tube TVs & CRTs
  • Printers

Items not accepted:

  • Refrigerators, Air conditioners (anything with gaseous coolant), other large household appliances, E-bike/hoverboard batteries
