Volunteer Day at Cherry Creek State Park

Join us for our first volunteer outing! We will be doing trail work and planting shrubs at the World Youth Day Site - which is located at Butterfly Hill on the west side of the park.

Date: Friday, July 25th 2025

Time: 1-4pm

Location: Cherry Creek State Park

Admission Fee: None. When you arrive at the entrance, explain that you are here to volunteer with Johlfs Wealth Management. 

Hosts: We will have two representatives from CCSP, Michelle and Joel, onsite to assist. They will guide us on how to complete the work that needs to be done. 

What to wear:

• Long Pants
• Work Gloves
• Tennis Shoes or Trail Shoes (no open-toed shoes)
• Sunscreen, Bug Spray
• Large Brim Hat
• Breathable Clothing

What is Provided: All of the necessary tools to plant shrubs and work the trails. We will also have a drink and snack station near the parking area.
